This is a hilarious video of a concerned passer by retaliating for the lack of manners shown by an inconsiderate dog owner.  The Russian girls in this video are crazy!  This messy confrontation could have been avoided, if only someone didn't forget their Dog Poo Bags!

The Americans are now performing Dog DNA testing and are now commercializing it. There is a company over there called PooPrints, and they have hi tech methods to identify the DNA of dogs who poo in public - as well as subsequently identifying their naughty owners who fail to clean up the mess.

Will this type of hi tech dog poo detective work ever make its way over to Australia? 
Who knows?  
But for sure- responsible dog owners need to pick up the poo after their pet!
